Cheers to a monster year, that has been 136 prestart meetings, 5 display homes, 24 custom designs & working drawings, countless site visits and plenty of work in between!

Thank you to all my builders, clients and suppliers for making 2021 a fabulous year.

When handover is so close you can almost see your keys! 🏡 🔑

As your home reaches completion you will have a PCI
(Practical Completion Inspection) meeting with your site supervisor where you will walk through the house together inspecting the works and preparing a small list of snag items to be fix/touched up or completed still.
Your final account will be issued for your final payment and your keys are in reach!

Tip - If your using a building inspector make sure they go in before your PCI meeting so any items identified can also be added to your PCI list and most importantly so it doesn’t slow your key handover up!
