WE’RE HIRING — OFFICE ADMIN / CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT
Andrews Family Refrigeration & Electrical is on the hunt for an organised, reliable and friendly office legend to help keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.
This role would likely suit a mum or someone wanting school-hour work.
The role will start as casual, around 20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to 25 hours per week as the business grows.
It will be work-from-home for approximately 3 months while we finish setting up our office, then move to our office based in Kabra.
The role will include:
Answering phones and customer enquiries
Booking and scheduling jobs
Following up quotes and invoices
General admin support
Keeping Tradify updated
Liaising with customers, suppliers and staff
Experience with Tradify, Xero, trades admin, scheduling or customer service would be a big bonus — but honestly, common sense, a good attitude and being able to keep things organised without losing your marbles is just as important.
We’re a family-run refrigeration and electrical business, so we’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, good with computers, confident on the phone, and happy to be part of a growing team.
The position will be paid under the Clerks—Private Sector Award 2020, with the rate depending on experience and role structure.
