Couldn’t imagine I had done this big job almost by myself, very hard and tired 2 weeks time. Much better after I replace the damaged ceiling for the owners. Ready to paint!

Ceiling sagged by the water damage, replace and paint.

Patch the cut out section as the plumber fixed the leaked pipe inside and fresh paint the whole wall.

A lot of the customers ask us do we do the decking works, actually yes we do! This is a pretty nice jarrah board deck, I love the color but the materials are expensive. I prefer to use pine to instead of jarrah if I do it for myself.

Finalize the work, flushing on the ceiling and plastering the new walls, fully square setting around the new windows and sliding door. Thanks for the help from the owners to lift the plasterboard.

Ensuite ceiling replaced. Not skylight any more.

Electrician apprentice careless step the ceiling fall, just replace the whole ceiling panel and paint it. Perfect job!

Water damaged walls, cut out the damaged sections and replace the skirting board, fresh paint to make it like new.
