Wrapped this one up yesterday and what a result! Relocated and installed some upgraded lighting and sweep fan options to bring personality and warmth to the home of some very dear people to us. We ran into a few hurdles along the way, quickly uncovering a number of compliance/safety issues with the existing electrical installation. None of the existing lighting was properly centred to the room or earthed, alongside a very questionable and dangerous join located in the roof space on the power circuit (highlighted in the last photo).

These issues were rectified and this family can now enjoy this safe and beautiful home for years to come ⚡️⚡️

Lil’ bit of conduit work from today’s job at the Thermotek Windows factory in Craigieburn! Re-feeding an existing flood light from a newly installed light switch and adding two new floods further down in their storage sheds. Came up a treat 👌🏻⚡️⚡️

This one in particular is recording power usage on a granny flat. These are a great way to record power usage on a specific load, whether it be for a secondary dwelling or just any circuit that you would like to monitor independently. A few pics from today’s job! Two new LED flood lights, one on a motion sensor at the front of the property and one operated by a weatherproof switch at the rear. Also installed a bunch of weatherproof powerpoints in various locations around the backyard. A clean and seamless finish with no external conduit required. Happy customer ⚡️⚡️
