Latest completion at Murrumba Downs for Linda and Dean! Haven’t used the brushed copper fittings very often and it’s a nice finish when matched with tile angles and floor wastes. Thanks so much.!

I was out quoting this morning and this is what happens when you use dodgy tradies or you do it DIY to save a few $$ and you don’t have a clue what you’re doing..I often find out the tradies are generally unlicensed or not qualified… only use a licensed BUILDER.. trades such as tilers and plumbers aren’t legally allowed to undertake full Bathrooms Renovations. This is becoming way too common…

Further to my previous post regarding unlicensed contracting, please read the following information regarding requirements , so you know, when reading social media advertising, if theres a chance you might get involved with unlicensed contractors for the work you need done.. Hope this helps

So are you getting a Bathroom Reno done at the moment?? If so hopefully your “ builder”/ Tiler/ plumber etc has the following legal requirements in place…
- They are actually a QBCC licensed builder as a sub trade, ie. plumbers and tilers, etc can’t legally undertake renovation work. ( Google QBCC license search and put in any details they must provide you if requested)
- You have a signed contract and the person you hired has paid the QBCC warranty insurance policy which is required for any work over $3300.
If not.. you should be worried… how are you protected at all?? 🤔

The importance of having a good tiler.. how goods Herringbone? we will be all done on this one at Bongaree soon so will post the final pics…
