Meet Rory Leane!

Rory joined KMH because he was drawn to the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing local Karratha business that has maintained its hands-on, people-first approach.

With strong local knowledge and longstanding industry relationships, Rory values the trust placed in his experience and the family feel that continues to shape the culture across the wider SSH Group.

One moment that stands out during his time at KMH was supporting a major response effort just two days before Christmas, when multiple water trucks were urgently mobilised following a burst water main. Despite the business being closed for the holiday break, Rory helped coordinate the rapid deployment, supporting both the local community and industry with a continuous supply of potable water.

Both a blue-chip miner and SSH's senior leadership recognised the effort, which truly reflects Rory's commitment to continuously delivering when it matters most.
