🚧 Join Our Team – Full-Time Concreter (Pilbara, WA)
Escape Civil is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for a skilled Concreter to join our team in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. If you're experienced, reliable, and ready to take on diverse civil and commercial projects — we want to hear from you!

🔨 About the Role
This is a full-time position, working 38 – 50 hours per week, offering stable, ongoing work with a respected civil construction company. You'll work alongside a supportive crew delivering high-quality concreting outcomes across a variety of sites.

✅ What You'll Be Doing
• Site preparation including compacting and formwork
• Mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete
• Surface finishing using screeds, trowels, and power tools
• Following safety procedures and adhering to site plans
• Collaborating with other trades and supervisors
________________________________________
📋 What We're Looking For
• At least 12 months' concreting experience (Full time)
• Strong skills in finishing, formwork, and steel fixing
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Solid knowledge of construction site safety
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
• White Card (Construction Induction)

• Hourly Rate: $40 – $55 (based on experience)
