Today marks the end of an era as we finish up at the snake catchers in Katherine. Since 2004 Reedy’s Reptiles has offered the service to town and today marks the end and we hand the reins back over to Parks and Wildlife. The callout service will remain the same and you can get them on 1800453210 and press 2 for Katherine.

Over the years we’ve caught and relocated 1000’s of snakes and I will really miss my scaly friends but it’s time to hang up the catching gear, turn off the phone and prep for a good night’s sleep. It’s been a massive commitment and I’ve been on call my whole adult life but I’m proud of the service I’ve offered and would like to thank my family and everyone who has covered the phone for me and supported me over the years.

Ezy Pool Care and Ufarkifix will reopen tomorrow at 9am. This week is a write off and we’re got some team bonding on the golf course to reacquaint ourselves. Stay safe people and see you tomorrow.
