Pre-1911 at the front. A whole new way of living out the back. 🏡

We kept the character of this Paddington cottage intact from the street, and opened it up behind with a light-filled rear extension, two levels of outdoor living and a pool.

Kind words from Dean at NuLevel Projects 🤍

Dean chose us to design his own new build in Cleveland, and his team also works with us on client projects. It means a lot to hear that from a builder, because good drawings and clear communication really do make the difference on site.

One site. Two homes. A bungalow that got to stay.

We moved the original and made room beside it for a new home that takes its cues from the street. Swipe to see how ➡️

Words like these are why we do what we do 🤍

“Mel and Maya have been fantastic to work with. The design process was enjoyable and efficient. Working to the builder’s timeline on the project start, CU were able to produce not only plans but also interior design documentation.

Communication through Stacey, with regular updates, made me feel comfortable I was in the right place.
Looking forward to meeting onsite and bringing their plans to life. Will be using them on future projects.”

Thank you for trusting us with your project, and we can’t wait to see it come to life onsite. A big thank you to Mel and Maya for the care they put into every detail.

From concept plans to full interior documentation, we design homes that are ready to build, on time and on brief.

Dark, moody joinery meets warm European oak 😍

Project Aloe blends bold, dark joinery with soft textures and natural light, from the fluted feature wall to the waterfall spout by the pool.

Double win! 🏆🏆

We’re thrilled to share that Project Snowdrop took home Best Residential Interior Design and Best Kitchen at the 2026 BDQ Regional Awards.

This home was about creating spaces that feel as good to live in as they look, and the kitchen became the true heart of it. Every material, junction and sightline was considered with our clients’ everyday life in mind.

A huge thank you to our wonderful clients for trusting us with their vision and to our design team for their dedication from first sketch to final detail.

25 years in, and moments like this never get old 🤩

Chasing the light ☀️

There’s a reason this pool sits exactly where it does.

We positioned it north-facing and connected it straight to the alfresco, so the sun tracks across the water all day, and the outdoor living space stays warm, bright, and usable year-round.

Good design isn’t just what you see. It’s what you feel when you step outside ✨
