Emergency sewer repair in Strathmore! The boundary trap was dislodged and fully blocked. Big shoutout to Chris from CCR Services Group for helping with NDD—no excavator access, so we had to clear rubble by hand. We got the sewer back up and running, and we completed redoing the concrete last Monday!

As we wrap up 2025, I just want to give a huge shout-out to the entire MJL Superior Plumbing team. You guys have absolutely smashed it this year—from tackling emergency call-outs to fitting out entire new builds and everything in between. Your hard work and dedication have made all the difference.

A special thank you to Matty T. for leading the team with such quality work and dedication this year—we’re looking forward to growing even bigger and better next year with your leadership. Shout-out to Brandon, who’s in his second year and already making huge strides—keep it up, mate! And thanks to John for jumping in with subcontracting support whenever we needed that extra hand.

We got called out to a property in Hillside where the homeowner had been quoted over $10,000 by another company to cut up the concrete driveway just to fix a blocked stormwater drain. Instead, we asked for a chance to water jet the drain first—no concrete cutting needed. In under an hour, we cleared out the roots and got everything flowing again. The end result? The client paid a third of the original quote and avoided any damage to their driveway. Just another day of saving the day at MJL Superior Plumbing! 💪🚿

🔧 Wrapping up a beautiful rough-in job today in Marysville! We’ve just completed all the hot and cold water lines and the suspended stack work for a fancy new Airbnb. 🌿 Sustainable Plumbing at Its Best! 🌿

We’re thrilled to share our latest project with a valued customer who we’ve had the pleasure of working with before! This time, we installed two 10,000-litre water tanks to harvest rainwater from the roof, helping them save water for their garden. 💦

We also installed a 450mm concrete pit, 1200mm deep, to capture the water before it leaves the property. A pump moves the water into the first tank, and a second pump fills the second tank. We’ve even set up four taps along the property, stretching over 70 metres, for easy access. 🌱

We left the place spotless and the customer absolutely delighted!

✨ Today Matty wrapped up a fantastic fit-off for a kitchen and laundry! Everything was done to the highest standards, and the washing machine area looks perfect. Plus, we’ve added a super silent motor to the kitchen rangehood for that extra touch of luxury. 🚀✨
