Check out this new hot water service we installed in Essendon - the old DUX 250L electric hot water service hadn't yet burst but the hot hot water was quite rusty and the customer didn't want to get caught short with cold water when the inevitable happened. So we drained and removed the old unit and fitted a new 250L THERMANN electric Australian made hot water unit.

Leaking Aquamax - faulty gas control valves aren't the only common problem to AQUAMAX GAS HOT WATER SERVICES. Sometimes they develop a leak from the little mixing valve they have on the side of the unit where the cold and hot water connects. We can repair this fault same day

Check out this roof replacement we have just completed at the Tullamarine Animal Hospital.
The old roof (first pic - actually not that old, just poorly executed) was leaking quite bad and was no longer viable.
New Colorbond box gutters & sumps for longer life, heavy gauge zincalume speed deck roof sheets laid on extra thick blanket insulation and new double glazed skylights - all done while the vet clinic kept operating.

Yes of course we can.
but we never expected this..
What looks like bubble gum is actually fire retardant expander foam and as it turns out, it's also very good at blocking drains, not just flames.
Somebody wasn't happy for some reason and decided to block the drain, most likely during construction.

Out with ye-olde AQUAMAX and in with the new Australian made Rheem Stellar 360 (in my opinion the Rheem is better - same warranty, but much less maintenance)
