Project Complete | Mount Ommaney Special School Refurbishment

Every successful project starts with strong partnerships.

Chapcon has completed the refurbishment of Mount Ommaney Special School for the Queensland Department of Education, delivering improved learning and administration spaces for the school community.

Delivered within a live school environment, the project required careful staging, clear communication and close collaboration to keep the school fully operational while works progressed safely.

Following the initial works, Chapcon was also entrusted with additional upgrades, a great endorsement of the relationships built and the quality delivered by our team.

We’re thrilled to announce that the St Luke’s Anglican Church Redevelopment has won the 2026 Brisbane Master Builders Queensland Community Service Facilities Award.
 
This is a project we’re incredibly proud to have delivered one that truly reflects the dedication, collaboration and attention to detail of everyone involved.

We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the Your Honour Retail Precinct and Harmony Early Education in Graceville.

This unique mixed-use development combines Harmony Early Education with quality retail spaces, creating a vibrant destination for local families and businesses.

Delivered on a constrained urban site, the project features purpose built learning environments, expansive outdoor play areas, undercover parking and modern retail tenancies, providing a welcoming and functional space for the community to enjoy.

To make sure we’re keeping our standards where they should be, we got the real expert in.

Louie rolled through site and carried out a detailed inspection of the playscape.

At that age there’s no politics or soft feedback… just immediate, unfiltered honesty. If it’s no good, you’ll hear about it.

We’ll give him a few years, but he’s already taking the role pretty seriously.
