We had the pleasure of replacing an old evaporative cooler with a new Seeley International Braemar LCQ350 evaporative cooling unit.

We've had quite a few service calls lately where the customer has said their Air-Conditioning isn't cooling as well as it used to.

9/10 times its just due to lack of maintenance but in this case, the unit had a refrigerant leak causing the unit not to cool efficiently.

We carried out a leak test and found a leak on the service valve. We then repaired the leak, vaccumed the system down, filled up refrigerant and then checked the system operation.

Another customer happy with their ActronAir unit back up and running at full capacity.

We attended this break down today when the customer reported their split system air-conditioner was no longer Cooling.

Unfortunately we found one of the copper pipes had been cut, most likely by someone trying to steal the copper. The customer had another company attend before us that said the unit couldn't be repaired and required replacement.

Fortunately they contacted us and once we quickly diagnosed the fault. We were able to carry out repairs and have it up and running again within a few hours saving the customer thousands on a replacement unit.

Here's some photos of a Seeley International Braemar 7kw split system we just installed for one of our customers.

The customer required the outdoor unit to be installed on the roof with a condensate drain pump as the external wall is right on the property boundary.

These braemar units come fitted with WiFi standard and work very well.

We are currently repairing a TELME batch freezer. This unit is used to make ice cream.

The unit has done quite a lot of work and unfortunately the compressor windings are down to earth. We have ordered the compressor in from Italy and will also be replacing the TXV, filter drier and gearbox seals.

In this photo we are reclaiming the refrigerant before carrying out repairs. Stay tuned for more updates.

Here's some photos of a PCB replacement we carried out on a Mitsubishi Electric Australia ducted split system located on a factory roof servicing an office space.

This unit had an intermittent fault that we traced back to being an issue with the PCB. We quickly diagnosed the fault, ordered the new part and had the unit up and running within the week.
