This weathered beauty has seen better days, but not for long! We’re about to rip up the old boards, replace any damaged joists, and lay down fresh, premium decking that’ll make this space the heart of the home again.

🔨 NEW PROJECT KICKOFF by BIG T CONSTRUCTIONS 💥
We’re transforming this home from the inside out with quality at the core:

✅ Raising the internal floor with a new subfloor to level the entire home
✅ Reworking the kitchen layout — pushing the wall into the laundry for a more functional flow
✅ Adding stunning French doors off the dining area
✅ Building a brand new deck with a modern fly-over roof
✅ Removing old cladding and replacing it with classic chamfer board to match the original look

Hey team
Just want to throw this post up and apologise for any delays in returning calls and making calls to book on site meetings etc
My beautiful girlfriend and I have had our first baby boy bhodie and have been caught up in the excitement and challenges that have come with this.
Once we are back home and settled I’ll be in the office and getting back to each and everyone one of you who have tried to get in contact with myself
