Ferny Creek, renovated inside and out.

A bold black exterior, a new roof and fresh landscaping have given this family home a whole new feel, connecting it with its leafy hills setting.
We worked with Drew from DMA Landscapes on the outdoor spaces, bringing the landscaping and renovated exterior together to complete the transformation.

Inside, warm finishes balance the dark façade, with selections by KAAS Interiors. Five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, two generous living areas and a large kitchen flowing into a walk-in pantry make room for everyday family life.

Completed by Cobalt Constructions in seven months, the renovation also included enclosing the existing garage and upgrading the home to meet BAL 12.5.

A four bedroom Design & Construct home in the Yarra Valley, built to BAL 12.5 and completed in 2024. Rammed earth walls and high sloped ceilings give the home its character, while every space was planned around how our clients wanted to live.
