We have been quiet on the socials because we have been busy working on site. We started with a dilapidated pokey space and finished with a bright, open and modern apartment.The client let me have full control over the design and layout, I personally love the exposed truss and high ceilings. Custom handrail and ballaster. All work had to tie in with pre existing stairs and meet current codes. There is a lot of work in making new work match existing but I think that we nailed it. Simple design, native timber👌. Thanks as always to and for great service and excellent products.

This is the end result of our renovation in flowerdale. It’s often hard to get trades in our area but we are fortunate to have a fantastic plumber, electrician and supplier

I find I am often too excited about a project to take before photos. I get on site and rip in! This morning there was a full ensuite and laundry in this space, tomorrow there will be new walls. The bathroom had to come out due to water damage. The shower had 3 different leaks caused by poor instillation. We will bring it up to code and reinstate most of the existing fixtures.
