MyFlats are building a modified version of the Teresa near Penrith. Photos will be uploaded as construction happens! The clients are very happy as most Granny Flat companies said that their tight land would not accommodate any of their designs. As we custom design for tight blocks and difficult spaces. It was a pleasure to see the smiles on the clients faces when we told them it is possible and showed them the design on their land!
