Batchelor Constructing your Community

We could not be prouder to have cheered on Cody McNamara as he represented Australia on the world stage at the World Triathlon Championships - finishing 37th in the 30–34 age group after just 10 months in the sport.

That kind of result doesn’t happen by accident. It takes commitment, discipline, and the grit to keep going when things get hard.

Congratulations Cody. 💚

A big congratulations to Jo Geard and Ambervale Smudge on taking out the championship once again! 👏🐎

From earthworks to little green shoots! 🌱

Great to see native seedlings emerging on the area our team helped cap at Copping. We’ll be cheering them on! ☀️

October is National Safe Work Month, and this year’s theme is “Safe work is for life.”

At Batchelor, that means taking the time to plan the job, understand the risks and speak up when something changes.

Whether we are on a construction site, in the quarry, in the workshop or in the office, everyone has a part to play in keeping each other safe.

The decisions we make at work matter long after the day is done.

We want every member of our team to go home safe and healthy, every day.

Proud to have played our part in this significant project 👏

It’s great to look back and see just how far the Selfs Point Sewer Transformation has come over the past two years.

A fantastic effort by everyone involved, and we’re proud of the contribution the Batchelor team has made along the way.

World Su***de Prevention Day 💛💛

Today we’re thinking of those who may be struggling, those supporting someone, those who have lost someone, and those who have fought hard to still be here.

Check in with your mates, workmates and family - a simple conversation can make a difference.

Great to see the progress being made on this significant Tasmanian infrastructure project. 👏

Batchelor is proud to be playing a part in the Selfs Point Sewer Transformation Project, working alongside TasWater and the broader project team to help deliver critical infrastructure for Hobart’s future.

Projects like this are a great example of the capability, people and collaboration involved in delivering major infrastructure right here in Tasmania.

Fantastic to see the latest progress captured by TasWater, take a look at the video below. 👇

Very proud to see Batchelor Construction Group recognised alongside fellow Tasmanian contractors helping deliver the infrastructure behind this exciting new chapter for our state. 👏💚

Our team is already on the ground at Kingston, delivering the civil works for Oval 3 as part of the early works package for the Tasmania Football Club High Performance Centre.

Congratulations to Fairbrother Construction on being awarded the High Performance Centre contract, and to everyone involved.

Proud to be playing our part in laying the foundations for the Devils! 👏🏗️🏉

27 DAYS TO GO! 🇦🇺

The countdown is officially on for Cody McNamara our very own Project Manager, who will proudly represent Australia at the 2026 World Triathlon Championship Finals in Pontevedra, Spain this September.

After years of dedication, training and commitment, Cody has earned the opportunity to compete on the world stage against some of the best athletes in triathlon.

Cody’s journey is self-funded, any support, big or small, will help him get one step closer to that start line. https://asf.org.au/campaigns/cody-mcnamara?modalOpen=true

We are incredibly proud of Cody and cannot wait to follow his journey.
