Have you ever seen dye testing before?
This striking image was captured at a commercial kitchen in Penrith during a waterproofing failure investigation. Our team pumped bright green dye through the drainage system to identify exactly where the waterproofing under the kitchen floor had failed — and the results speak for themselves.

This is a real photo from a strata property in Miranda — years of compacted silt, mud and debris removed from a completely blocked stormwater pit. The system had no capacity left to handle any rainfall at all.

When our team arrived on site the culprit wasn't a major mechanical failure or a blown system — it was this. A tiny inlet strainer filter on each of the four Rinnai commercial hot water units — completely blocked with black sediment and debris and preventing every unit from lighting.

These three photos were taken at a Sydney residential property during a routine visit — a flexi hose under the bathroom basin that was severely corroded, deteriorating at the end fittings and showing dark corrosion spots along the entire length of the braid.
