Incorrectly installed seals like these will fail quickly.
Sometimes it's simply the cheap silicone that fails..

Recent prepaint job we did in kojonup.

Great big open plan house getting some much needed TLC

All sheet joins were cracked from poor installation techniques which appeared to be a very rough DIY job.

Also cut out an patched a few spots from roof leaks.

Walls and ceilings are now all ready for a fresh coat of paint.

Eviction notice executed! 😎

This customer had a major problem with unwanted house mates... pigeons had decided to move in to her roof and continue their rampant breeding program 😬
Little buggers love making a mess while they're at it, pressure washed and shining once again

Customer was ready to go supplying a good quality roll of black mesh for us to install.

Was a nice warm day 🥵 but get in, get it done! 💪

This was an unlucky lucky moment.. 😅

7 hours towing ended abruptly half way down the driveway at home when the wheel bearing decided to completely die and kick the hub and rim off the axle 😬

Lucky I'd unloaded the materials at the job already

Birthday time with a new axle, hubs and bearings ready to continue being the work horse it's always been 💪

Gutter cleaning isn't just for winter..

Very smart to have them cleaned before the bush fire 🔥 season...

Scary fact- during the 2019–20 bushfire season, over 2,700 homes were destroyed in Australia, with the primary cause being ember attacks.

Some of the storms we get in the warmer months can pour down heavily and strong winds can fill gutters with all sorts of unwanted stuff creating a range of problems..

Even trees growing in your gutters 🌳

Heavy built up leaves left on the roof will also encourage rust before long. Leading to expensive repairs even replacement in some cases.
