Stage 1 of this 180m concrete driveway is underway… and yes, it’s longer than it feels when you’re on the machine all day 😅

Dirt’s moving, levels are getting sorted, and we’re setting things up so the concrete goes down right later on. Not pretty yet — but that’s how all the good jobs start.

Still a long way to go… literally 👷‍♂️

🚧 Stage 1 of 3 – Underway! 🚧

We’ve kicked off the first stage of this project by clearing the land and preparing the new house pad. Getting the site properly cleared and levelled is the foundation for everything that follows, and we take pride in doing it right from the start.

Our team has been busy removing vegetation, levelling the ground, and shaping the pad to ensure it’s ready for the next phase of construction. Solid groundwork means a solid home. 🏡

Had the excavator out doing a dam clean-up after a landslip. All the loose soil and debris had slid straight down into the water, so it was time to get in there and tidy it up properly.

Cleared the silt, reshaped the edges, and opened it back up so the dam can flow and function the way it should. There’s something satisfying about turning a messy situation into a clean, solid result!

Job done ✅

1320 metres of trench in for a new bore line running out to the troughs — that’s a fair stretch of paddock opened up.

The machine’s had a solid workout, plenty of dirt shifted, and now the stock will have water exactly where they need it 💧🚜

Keeping the water flowing 💧

We’ve been busy cleaning out overgrown drains and cutting in new ones to help with better water runoff. Clearing the blockages and reshaping the drains makes a big difference — no more pooling water or soggy ground.

Another boundary cleaned up and ready for a fresh start 👌

We’ve been out clearing a fenceline with the excavator to make way for a brand new fence install. Removing old growth, cleaning up debris, and getting everything neat and level so the fencing crew can come straight in and get to work.
