WE’RE HIRING!
Karloo constructions is looking for a full time experienced commercial site supervisor to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. You will be working with tilt panels and running multiple industrial projects. This role is hands on and we expect our supervisors to be competent in;
⁃ Overseeing the day to day management and operations of a job site
⁃ Scheduling out multiple projects and trades, ensuring project timelines are met
⁃ Reading and interpreting plans covering all aspects of the job; architect, civil and structural engineering, hydraulic, and steel & tilt panel shop drawings
⁃ Setting out a new site, calculating a cut and fill and coordinate trucks and machinery
⁃ Doing your own timber take off
⁃ Coordinate with other supervisors, office staff, clients and consultants

Labourer position available 🛠️👷🏼

Karloo are looking for a skilled labourer / maintenance person to join our team. Full time position with a company car and tools. Must have a construction white card, drivers lisence and capable of completing tasks independently.
The day to day jobs changes each day and will be dependant on skill level but generally; keeping sites clean and tidy, picking up and transporting materials, working along site supervisors, maintenance jobs when required and using power tools.
