Dyna-Fix took its first infant steps in 2004 – armed with trade knowledge, a bit of cheek and a ute full of tools. Our
Managing Director, Dan Kordiak, had plenty of experience in the industry, and a vision to create a company staffed with employees delivering to a wide range of challenging projects.
“After a range of smaller jobs, I received my first large job from a family friend who was building a block of factories. I asked him if I could submit a price – cheekily going up against much bigger operations. I hadn’t quoted a job bigger than a shower screen or a table top at this time, but I felt ready to jump up the project scale,” Dan says. This project (and the makeshift workshop he set up on site one of the new factories) was quickly followed by a stream of large projects, and a professionally set up workshop with high-quality fabricating tools. Our teams are supported by a large specialist sub-contractor base, and experienced structural consultants. Dyna-Fix is an expert in the low- to high-rise commercial and high-end residential markets. We deliver to each architect’s intent, and have the capacity to take on projects with an individual window area of up to 3,000 m2. Each project is executed to the highest industry, energy saving, and quality standards.
