Our new Graco Reactor 3 E-XP2 has landed and she’s looking mint. 😍

This is a serious upgrade for the team! Better control, better reliability, cleaner setup and another step forward in keeping our polyurea work sharp, efficient, and consistent.

Early starts, toolbox talks and keeping the crew aligned.

This morning we kicked off with a workshop session focused on safety, planning and maintaining the standards expected on every job that comes through Blackbee Specialist Coatings.

In protective coatings and polyurea work, the quality of the finished product starts well before anyone picks up a gun or blast hose. It starts with communication, preparation and making sure the whole team understands the job, the risks and the expectations.

Good to see the crew engaged and ready to get into it.

Trommel lined, protected and ready for another run.

Full internal and external polyurea protection completed on this unit, with high wear impact areas built up and finished to handle the punishment these trommels see in production.

Our Perth team recently completed this wet screen at a client’s facility, delivering full internal coverage with 3mm of specialised polyurea.

This system was applied to protect critical internal surfaces exposed to ongoing wear, impact and material flow in demanding operating conditions. A job like this is all about getting consistent coverage across the full internal profile while ensuring the finished system is built for long term performance.

Another solid result by the team, with protection in place, this unit ready to get to work!

This rig is set up to move our crew in style and comfort while representing our brand properly wherever the job takes us. Proud of how this one turned out and proud of what it says about the direction we are heading.
