One of our biggest projects for the year, no electrical infrastructure was present at this property, so we organised a new pole and 3 phase transformer, new CT meter panel, underground cabling into the shed/office building, with a full fit out with lighting, single/3phase power throughout. Big team effort on this one, with plenty more to come.

One of our recent larger projects finished off. A new free range chook shed, coming in at 116 meters long and able to accommodate 10,000 of our most common household pets, the Isa Brown. This shed has climate control, automated feed system and lighting with all sensors and cabling ranning back to the central control cabinet. Another team effort to get it completed, just in time for the chook delivery! Not a bad view to the Grampians 👌

Never a dull moment, a few days of earth works to round out last week, started with 180m of underground power to a bore pump, followed by a mains cable repair, courtesy of a clothesline foundation and finally a redirection of underground wiring into a new workshop, great team work all round✅

Nice shed fit out with a few extra conveniencies thrown in. Power & light, smart switching, allowing all highbay and flood lighting to be controlled from your phone, this is all possible with the extension of the wifi and security network, linking up multiple farm buildings, furthest being 3 km away.

Tatyoon Football Netball Club LED Lighting Upgrade.

We have recently completed a LED sports ground lighting upgrade for both the football ground and netball courts with amazing results!

Planning for the job started 3 months prior. To provide reassurance that what was proposed was indeed possible, we presented a full lighting design/layout, which met the club’s main goal of getting rid of the existing lighting generator.

Removal of the old metal halide lights (half had blown globes) and replaced with 2 LED fittings per tower (no maintenance required), reducing the power load from 80Amps per tower to 80Amps for the whole ground!

Great project to be a part of, credit to the clubs committee for making it a seamless process, allowing us to deliver the end product, ready for training post daylight savings.

Also, very pleased to have my feet firmly back on the ground 😉

Light tower & Grain aeration installation’s finished off last week. Light tower installed beside main fuel tank with sensor lighting plus manual over ride option, accompanied with a security camera that was added onto the existing Wi-Fi network.

Aeration cabinet installed on 5, cone bottom silos, mains power connected, comes with all the automatic features as per previous installations, set and forget, neat little system.
All ready for the harvest rush✅

Couple of days terminating this 700m underground, parallel conductors per phase and linking up 3 switchboards along the route with the final connection into the 400A MSB that we installed a few months back. All in preparation for some interesting power generation upgrades in the future✅

GENERATOR BACKUP

Set this customer up with an ATS (automatic transfer switch)and generator backup system, with this setup no human input is required, the transfer switch takes care of the entire process.

When there’s a power outage, the ATS controller will start the generator, wait until it’s up & running then switch over to the generator supply, once mains power has been restored the ATS will switch back to mains power and shut down the generator

Suitable for home, commerical or industrial application. Available in single, 2, or 3 phase ✅
