Key Responsibilities:
• Produce accurate take-offs and cost estimates
• Prepare detailed BOQs and tender documentation
• Manage supplier and trade purchase orders
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to source accurate pricing for our projects
• Manage budgets, variations, and progress estimates throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with NCC, Australian Standards, and NSW building codes
About You:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential estimating (single, duplex or medium-density builds)
• Strong understanding of NSW construction methods and materials
• Proficiency with Databuild (essential) and PlanSwift or Bluebeam (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Trade background preferred but not essential
