Plans executed with mm laser precision, posts installed and setup for 25kW arrays with the potential for expansion.

Rural Fence Installer (HR Licence + Machinery Tickets Preferred)

Field Based Position / Ever-changing Locations (South West and surrounds WA)

Love working outdoors? Prefer real work over sitting in the same place every day?
We’re looking for a motivated Rural Fence Installer to join our team installing quality fencing across some of the most unique rural properties around.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with changing job sites, outdoor work in all weather, and plenty of variety. If you enjoy physical work, machinery, and being part of a solid team — you’ll fit right in

What We’re Looking For (Must Have)

✅ HR Licence
✅ Excavator and/or Track Loader tickets
✅ Physically fit and capable of manual work
✅ Willing to learn and take direction
✅ Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
✅ Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions

This job will be ideal for someone who:

✅Enjoys being outside and staying busy
✅Likes working with machinery and tools
✅Wants a job with variety and constant change
✅Is reliable, switched on, and ready to work

What at first seemed like mission impossible is now well and truly mission accomplished!

For this recent coastal project, we cleared the fence line, and supplied and installed high-quality Southern Wire products to ensure strength, durability, and long-lasting protection against the coastal elements.

All posts were punched in with the trusty Thor Rock Breakers & Post Drivers and then concreted for extra strength

This stunning coastal property is now secure — and most importantly, our clients are happy!

As the season shifts and the rain softens the ground, it’s the perfect time to set posts and get fences up.
There’s nothing quite like a cool country morning—mist rising, sunlight breaking through the trees, and a clean line of Southern Wire 11/115/15 fencing standing strong in the paddock.
