What a day!

Completed this pool pump relocation job on Saturday for a client.

Erected a shed provided by the customer around the pump in its new position to keep it out of the weather.

Client was amazed with the outcome.

Another big shout out to Alan from 'Lake Mac Lawn and Property Maintenance' who helped with the job.

Just helped a mate with there water hammer issue.

Dodgy adjustable pressure limiting valve causing some unpleasant sounds of a morning and night.

Swapped that over for a fixed 500 Kpa limiting valve and even raised the meter while I was there.

Problem solved👍

Alot of very happy customers.

One standout for me was a property restoration job we completed with help from Alan @ LAKE MAC LAWN AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE.

Few big days but we got it done under estimated costs and under estimated time. We got paid and the customer got a fair price for quality workmanship.👌

I received an urgent call from a client Informing me that their hot water system was out of action.

After a quick inspection I found that the element and theremostate were faulty. The tank itself was still in great condition so this was a no brainer.

Quick replacement of the element and thermostate and my client was back to hot showers again.

Finally got the photos back the from a big job we completed for our clients at Bluescope Steel in the Sinter Plant department.

Alot blood, sweat and polish went into this beauty 👌

Hit the mark on every aspect with this jobs design and the ex*****on was flawless.

Well worth the wait and our clients couldn't be happier.

Phase two is in planning stages and should be underway within the year, can't wait 🤔😁
