Upgrade to customer's switchboard to provide every circuit with electrocution protection, and install new main earthing system.
If you don't have safety switches in your switchboard then you and your family have no protection against electrocution; these are a very important component and are now compulsory for new works done on all circuits.

Called out to investigate issues with the hot water service circuit tripping in switchboard. We found the fault to be a burnt out/leaking top element.
While conducting repairs, the unit was found to have multiple components affected by rust and a build up of gunk inside the tank. Customer will be having the unit replaced soon but we replaced the faulty element with a brand new one to keep them running with hot water again until the unit is replaced
