Happy 18th to !
Ridz started as a 15 year old on school work experience and never left. His determination and drive has left him having one of the biggest weeks of his working life so far, turning 18, gaining his car licence and being nominated as master builder’s apprentice of the year for 2nd year.
Congratulations on your achievements mate and we look forward to seeing you grow more as an apprentice and into adulthood. If you see him getting around give him a good old pat on the back.
