While completing a bathroom upgrade we noticed that the org (overflow relief gully) was blocked, and therefore not operating correctly.

On further investigation we found that the base of this fitting had sheared off and filled with dirt & debris over the years.

We replaced the org and continued connections for the bathroom upgrade and corrected the operation of the drain.

The org is your last line of defence to avoid what goes down your drain flowing back into your house and out of your fixtures. So you may not think of it but you will be thankful on the day you need it. 💪🪠

We updated this bathroom from its slate flooring, pine cladding, timber bench top and cabinetry and modernized the space for the home owners. A team effort with the rest of the family helping bring a vision to life. 🧼

Vanity unit change over 🌈

The original vanity was damaged which meant it needed to be replaced - without damaging any of the surrounding tiling. Andrew was able to remove the unit and fit the new vanity for a seamless changeover for the customer.

If you ask Andrew, the worst jobs are love jobs in your own household for your heavily pregnant wife.

Here Andy is moving the wall mounted tv with tv point, hidden PowerPoints and HDMI lead from one wall to the other.

I will post an after picture in the comments so you can see the clean finish of the wall where the tv was, and where the tv now is.

Our young family has called Lancefield home for two years.

Andrew is a qualified electrician with 15+ years experience, as well as being a licensed plumber with 10+ years of experience in the trade. He has completed a range of training that enables him to branch into bricklaying, split-system installation, fireplace installation and construction - among a very long list of other skills and certifications.

Chloe helps with booking of jobs and bookkeeping for the business as well as following up any new leads.

We are excitedly about to welcome our third child together. 🍼

We are a small branch of our larger family business looking to establish a strong foundation locally in Lancefield and the surrounding suburbs. However we have happily completed jobs from as far as Echuca to Epping.
