Hi there, JP BUILD has been busy since our last post. I will be posting more photos of our completed projects to keep you all up to date with our work around the area.

This job was a ripper! What started as a re-roof led to adding some serious sized beams across the roof structure and removing the internal wall inside the house to make their home “open plan living”.
As we were removing the wall we decided to do a new kitchen as well plus the flooring to match. We also covered up all internal exposed brickwork inside the house with gyprock to give it a more modern look and also added a new front door and side glass panels to jazz up the entrance.

We recently extended the much loved Laura Community Gym. It made a lot bigger area for more activities and equipment. While there we also gave the famous Old Laura Grandstand a make over to match the other buildings. Another one of our roofing jobs we have completed recently. We replaced the main roof and also the bullnose iron, keeping the old style posts and fascias. We also painted all the timber work and chimneys to bring it back to life🤩

ITS DECKING SEASON!!

With the warmer weather getting closer, now is the perfect time to start designing or repairing your outdoor area for those bbqs with family and friends

These clients wanted a new verandah out the front with a hardwood deck up against their existing concrete ramp. The verandah is Lysaght Open Living Range with all powder coated posts and columns. We used a hardwood decking for extra durability and looks.

Out the back is where they spend most of their time. We replaced the decking frame and also installed hardwood decking. The real game changer was the cooldeck aluminium/foam panel sheeting we installed on the ceiling to stop that blistering heat coming through from the iron, allowing them to enjoy their outdoor anytime of the day ☀️👌

Here is another re-roofing job we have just finished. These customers recently bought this house and contacted us with a concern of a few leaks from the roof, damaging their ceilings and flooring. After assessing the damage the roof had rust holes in over 70% of the roof sheets needing it to be replaced.

A customer was looking for a cost effective and easy way to upgrade the look of their house. Iron was installed onto the outside of the existing timber wall cladding and custom flashings were installed into and around windows. This is a re-roof we recently completed in Alford. This customer rang up wanting to get rid of their heavy roof tiles that were damaging their roof structure and causing other big problems to the building.
It was a simple fix with the removal of tiles and battens, then to add new purlins and iron.
I would like to thank to Bruce family for having us at your farm as it was a pleasure to work for you guys.
