HIGHLIGHT OF THE YEAR!
What A design ! We are very proud to introduce our latest project full of wonders. With much dedication, design became a reality (and it looks even better than the 3D perspective). We believe this building is now a landmark in Armidale Region. To achieve this, we have been accompanying the builder and architect with our expertise during the preconstruction management, importing a specific colour from overseas, mixed different type of Aluminium panels, install some curved steel structures, rolled our panels ourselves, and worked out our layouts to match the windows but also the overall design, and much more...
Just the two of us(the Chrissease), in a record time.
It looks so good that the client is thinking of adding some LED lights around the blue, to make it shine even at night!!!(can't wait to see it!)
By far, the best project of the last 5 years!
Nothing is impossible !

We must thank the building team, that showed their trust in us, the client that expressed their joy during their site inspection, and also Tim the site manager who showed a high level of understanding and courtesy all along.

Re-cladding work on a living site. We coordinated a continuous progress with the University of Newcastle and Richard Crookes Construction. A governmental job, where communication in between client, builder, and subcontractor was key. We are proud in making sure that this building is now compliant with latest building standards, and safe for everyone to study in. Thanks heaps to Jzari, Mick, James, Tahlia, and Steve for the amazing results of our collaboration.

Another Job realised for Formline Group on Bridge Street in Tamworth. Vitracore G2 has been installed to make a "picture frame look" around the 2nd floor windows.

A bit of updates on our jobs.
This project has been accomplished in mid 2022 for the builder Joyce Constructions. Pretty happy on the architectural point of view, and the proactive approach that Mitch runs his business. The challenge of that job was to follow down the removal of scaffold while installing ACP black panels. A lot of coordination but also making sure that everything is straight and plumb through all levels. Looking forward to the next project!

Important Note,
We would like to emphasize the importance of the Moto " Make it a better place". In fact, the building industry will always be a story of Man contribution. It is very important to keep that in mind. Nothing would get done without manpower. That is why In & Out focus and find pleasure in making sure of great communication, avoiding unnecessary manual handling, and representing brotherhood values through its projects. It leads to great atmosphere on site, relationships going beyond work, avoiding the useless wear and tear, high quality of work, trust, and much more. The human aspect of running a business is perhaps what gives the biggest thrive.

A busy start of 2022, and here is why. Proudly making it a better place, In & out undertook the package of Internal lining, Soffits, carpentry services and ACM cladding at the petrol station getting built near Armidale airport. Really happy about the process, achievements, and collaboration with all the trades, workforce, and management.
Highlights: Working in a precise and timely manner, within a great atmosphere and full trust.
High Efficiency thanks to a good organisation and stack management

Big thanks to Formline Group for trusting our abilities, Mick the site manager who really knows how to run the job in time and respect,
Liam, Shannon, Diego, Mark, Mick, Axel, Brent and Chris, who gave their best towards this project, and all other subbies working along together.
