A modern extension rebuilt from the ground up.

We removed the old structure, created a dry under-house storage area, and constructed a brand-new extension using a fully engineered steel frame.

Custom steel-frame bifold doors open out to the entertaining deck and the private rear deck, transforming the flow of the home.

To tie the old and new together, we laid Blackbutt solid timber floors throughout the extension, matching seamlessly with the original timber flooring.

A stronger structure, more light, and better flow, built for modern living.
