Diesel heater full system inspection and service - $100^

Mobile installation service available for immobile structures. A 12V battery is required for heater operation, and a battery is not included. A 12V deep cycle battery of at least 100AH is recommended.

Some components such as the exhaust pipe, fuel line, or electrical wiring may need to be extended in order to get the best installation outcome. All installations will require an inspection and consultation, during which you will be notified if any additional parts will be expected to be required for your heater installation.

A Trident Palladium that had an AU Focus 2kw MZ diesel air heater system with Bluetooth installed. The diesel heater main unit was installed under the L shape lounge with two heated air outlet vents mounted on the front panel of the seat base. A flat white painted aluminium vent was also fitted to the front panel of the lounge base so that air from the main cabin space can be drawn into the cavity space under the seat, and the LCD controller was positioned on the rear panel of the lounge. A 5L stainless steel fuel tank with lockable cap and analog style level gauge was mounted on the rear bar at the back of the caravan behind the spare wheel, and a black checker plate cover was added for increased protection and a tidy finish. The exhaust system was directed out to one side of the caravan so that the combustion gases can be effectively discharged out away from the underside of the vehicle.

A Jayco Swift that had an AU Focus 2kw MZ diesel air heater system with Bluetooth function installed. The diesel heater main unit was installed under one of the cafe style dining seats with the heated air outlet vent mounted on the front panel of the seat, and an additional vent was also fitted on the front panel of the seat so that air from the main cabin space can be drawn into the cavity space under the seat. The LCD controller was also positioned on the front panel of the seat with a plastic controller cover added. A protective box was constructed using particle board and secured in the cavity space under the seat to protect the heater system from other items being stored. A 5L stainless steel fuel tank was mounted on the drawbar at the front of the caravan with a black checker plate fuel tank cover used for increased protection and a tidy finish. The exhaust system was directed out to one side of the caravan so that the combustion gases can be effectively discharged out away from the underside of the vehicle.

A Regent Cruiser that had an AU Focus 2kw MZ diesel heater with Bluetooth installed. The diesel heater main unit was installed under the master bed with the heated air outlet vent mounted on the side panel at the end of the bed. An additional vent was fitted on the end panel of the bed so that air from the main cabin space can be drawn into the cavity space under the bed, and the LCD thermostat controller was positioned on the panel at the end of the bed. A partition wall was also erected to divide up the existing storage space under the bed, and to provide some protection for the heater system. A 5L stainless steel fuel tank with lockable cap and analog style level gauge was mounted on the bar at the rear of the caravan, and a black checker plate fuel tank cover was added for increased protection and a tidy finish. The exhaust system was directed out to the side of the caravan so that the combustion gases can be effectively discharged out away from the underside of the vehicle, and a heat wrap sleeve was also used over part of the exhaust pipe to minimise any heat transfer to anything located nearby.
