This was one of the most interesting fences I had to build.
Access was very limited and a range of other difficulties were present.
Particular thank you to paintaccess.com.au for an awesome paint compressor that made part of the job very time efficient.

My first trailer build almost complete.
Took it for an inspection and was told that it is "one of the better ones" they have seen. Weighed in at 440kg and with a GTM of 1450kg the trailer will have about a 1t load capacity.
Next step is all the paperwork and galvanizing.
Also need to build a cage for it.
The question I am still pondering is if I want to install a crane on it?
Thoughts?

Restoration project. An old aluminum and timber bench was at the end of it's life and needed some TLC.
Paint was stripped, aluminum etch primed and painted.
Rotten timbers replaced with composite timbers.
This bench will now last a lifetime!

An old bench got a "lifetime warranty" restoration today. Old paint was stripped, rotten timbers removed.
Primed and painted with new slats made from composite.
Being aluminum and composite with galvanized bolts this bench can now sit in the weather for a very long time

Picked these up today, think i may do another little restoration project.
They seem to be the original cast iron Victorian era bench ends with a lion face in the rosette.
Anyone know the history of these?
I think the green is probably the original colour.
What timbers were used for the slats? And what size timbers? How were the timbers treated?

Mate brought his rusted trailer that needed some TLC. It's a decent 7x5 on a frame chassis.
Made a new, longer A-frame, cut out the rust from frame, weld in new pieces, replace front door, replace 1/2 floor, replace springs, grind back and paint. Will last few more years.
Still to come electrics and a new axle and wheels to match his new car.
