About the Role
We are currently seeking a qualified carpenter to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role working across:
Insurance repair works
Renovations and extensions
Structural and general carpentry
Detailed finishing work
You will work both independently and alongside the business owner and subcontractors, so confidence and initiative are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out carpentry works to a high standard
Read and interpret plans
Work efficiently across multiple job types
Liaise with clients and trades professionally
Maintain clean and safe work sites
Deliver high-quality finishes on all projects
Skills & Experience:
Trade qualified carpenter
Experience in residential construction and/or renovations
Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and within a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Own tools and reliable transport
