GROUP TRAINING IS BACK BABY

Due to popular demand our group sessions are back but with a twist. These sessions will be run a little differently to our previous bootcamp and we can’t wait to share this exciting news!

WHAT CAN WE SHARE?

Well, classes will be strength & conditioning based with one session a week called ‘BOTW - Bootcamp of the Week’. Classes will be kept small and capped at 8 people per class. Access to our app and weekly stretch/recovery sessions catered to that week of training.

Our first 4 week block kicks off 27th April 2022.
