Tiled roof:
• Change all broken and chipped tiles
• Grind ridge caps
• Drill weep holes
• Pressure clean roof and rinse down of house
• Repoint all ridge capping
• Apply new weep holes
• Mask all walls and windows
• Applied one coat of Platinum Primer
• Applied two coats of Industrial Roof Coatings Monument
TIN ROOF:
• Replace rusted hex head screws
• Pressure clean roof and rinse down of house
• Mask all walls and windows
• Applied one coat of Metal Primer Plus
• Applied two coats of IRC Monument

The coating and ridge capping on this roof in Springwood had severely deteriorated over the years so it was time to restore it back to its former glory.
Work carried out:
