He was invited in and we laughed, saying we were just pretending.
Of course we weren't, however we do enjoy sharing a laugh with our customers.

Before I starting working at A&D Discount Roofing Supplies in Loganholme Qld.... I thought there was only one type of gutter. Called Gutter. I quickly learned there are many profiles such as Quad gutters and Square...and they are available in different sizes. Quad 125: Quad 150: Quad 175 (low front/slotted/unslotted), M-type: Emline: Squareline: Compact: Half round and half round flat backs..to name a few. And when a customer enquires about a standard gutter I remember the days I had no clue and have a chuckle that shopping for gutters isn't as straight forward as purchasing a standard gutter.
