Not all leaks make themselves obvious 💧
This one had been slowly leaking underground for quite some time before it was picked up. By the time we got to it, the area was completely waterlogged.

We had to excavate the site and pump out the water just to access the pipe and carry out the repair.
Big jobs like this don’t happen overnight and sometimes, once one issue is uncovered, there can be more to find.

We opened it up, found the issue, and replaced it with a new breech so it’s sorted properly.

🤯 This is why some blockages keep coming back.
You can clear it… but if tree roots have made their way into the pipe, it’s only a matter of time before it blocks again.

This one had roots right through the old earthenware pipe, so we replaced the damaged section and installed new stormwater to fix it properly.
