This completed kitchen renovation brings together crisp white shaker cabinetry, brass accents and a curved timber-batten island that takes centre stage.

The Venetian plaster rangehood adds soft texture and warmth, complemented by the detailed splashback and pendant lighting. An adjoining pantry and study nook make the space as practical as it is beautiful.

Creating more space for everyday living. 🏡

This renovation was all about opening up the existing home and creating one large, functional family living space.

The project included major structural alterations to remove existing walls and completely change the layout, bringing the kitchen, dining and living areas together into one open-plan space.

Works also included a new kitchen, new flooring and painting throughout, along with the addition of a splashback window to bring more natural light into the kitchen.

A complete transformation that has made the home feel larger, brighter and much better suited to modern family living.

From underused garage to a modern, light-filled home office 🙌

Our recently completed Marino renovation transformed the existing garage into a functional open-plan home office while also adding a fourth bedroom to the home.

UrbanOz managed the entire project from start to finish—from the initial drawings and engineering through to council approval, structural alterations, construction and final handover.

The standout feature is the custom Tasmanian Oak batten wall extending along the stairwell. It adds warmth and architectural character while allowing natural light to flow through to the basement level.

PROJECT COMPLETE | Henley Beach

This large-scale commercial apartment upgrade presented a unique set of challenges, requiring extensive planning, coordination and ex*****on while the building remained occupied throughout the works.

The project included:
• Multiple structural repairs
• Complete eaves, fascia and gutter replacement
• Major electrical infrastructure upgrades
• Full external façade rendering
• Replacement of 204 double-glazed windows and doors

To meet the project’s architectural and compliance requirements, every window and door was custom manufactured overseas, imported into Australia and carefully coordinated for installation across the entire development.

With more than 30 apartments occupied throughout construction, our team worked closely with residents, suppliers and consultants to ensure the project was delivered safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption.

Bull Creek Farmhouse Transformation 🏡

From tired and dated to bright, functional and built for modern country living.

This complete farmhouse renovation in Bull Creek saw the home stripped back to its bones, with a full demolition of walls, floors, ceilings and external cladding before being completely reimagined for our fantastic clients.

The project included a full remodel of the floor plan, a brand-new kitchen, mud room, laundry, bathroom, walk-in pantry, floor tiling throughout, painting and all the finishing touches needed to create clean, practical spaces for the family to enjoy after a hard day on the farm.
