Completed façade transformation at Henley Beach.

This commercial project involved the upgrade of two apartment buildings, delivering a full exterior refresh while significantly improving the performance of the building envelope.

Works included façade repairs, full rendering to modernise the appearance, a complete exterior repaint, electrical upgrades throughout, and the replacement of all existing windows and doors with new double-glazed systems.

This photo captures part of the process, with our team installing the new window units — one of the key stages in bringing the upgrade together.

Every heritage building carries history.

From the first on-site meeting through to completion, this Rose Park restoration was approached with careful planning and craftsmanship.

The works included a complete roof replacement, restoration of the original chimney, and replacement of fascia and bargeboards — ensuring the building’s character and structure are preserved for years to come.

Frame is up, structure is locked in, and you can really see the extra space taking shape now. This one is all about creating that extra room the family needs — without sacrificing the block they love.
