The team did really well. We had to overcome some obstacles. As i often say, you have to find a way to win. The Actron Hercules 140 is the first one of this type we have installed. Very very nicely finished unit. Very happy with the finished product.

Actron have done well with this unit. Anyone close to Actron will know i have been highly critical of the finished product in the past. But credit where credit due, this nice. More pics to follow🙌👏👏👏💐💐💐🫡🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺

The Renewal of the older AC units at Mt Pleasant continues. Getting ready to say goodbye to this old girl. If I'm honest with myself i probably kept her going a summer longer than planned.

Centre Management are spending a lot of money replacing older plant & also giving the centre a face lift. There is a lot going on behind scenes. Centre Management deserves a lot more credit than they get for the work being planned & carried out. Mt Pleasant SC has a great team of people working to keep the place humming along, Cleaners, Security & Maintenance all play their part. Its a great place to be a part of.

The New Omni BMS has entered commissioning phase. Many thanks to Luke from Bonlec for his assistance with this project. His specialist expertise in controls was essential to the development of this system. More information once we get it all up & running

Commissioning has commenced on our largest project ever. The team are working hard on a couple of small teething issues around comms between the chillers & the BMS. Its been a massive task over the last 6 Months. Nearly there. 👏👏👏🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🫡🫡🫡

A classic crack on a discharge line.

I have shown a lot of project work lately, but service work is our bead & butter. Check this classic discharge line failure. You can see the hairline crack quite clearly. To young service techs, you cannot braze over that crack, it will fail again. Do you know why??
PS: Braze for temporary short term repair, but it will not last. 👍💪👏🇦🇺🇦🇺
