Yesterday I had the pleasure of taking my participant out for a country drive and we ended up Yakapari Country Crafts and Community Centre. We had a wonderful Devonshire Tea together and a little shop.

One very meaningful piece of art that fully resonated with me was this picture. We are to all dream and follow our own star. I adored this picture and bought it as a reminder that I dared to dream and built my small business.

The sense of pride that I feel when looking around my art studio is just beautiful because I stepped out of my comfort zone and had a go.

I also dared to dream and now run Create and Sip sessions on the deck and am in some negotiations at the moment to run other workshops in the Mackay community.

This afternoon I want to use my platform to say Mackay drivers we can do better and drive safer!! Everyone seems to be in a huge hurry like this morning for example when I was exiting the carpark where Pet Stock Paget is about to drive out of the driveway across to Bunnings, when this woman drove like a maniac speeding through that driveway and she could have quite easily hit me. Please tell me why you would need to speed into a driveway??. She appeared to be stunned as I mustered up a horrible expression on my face to her as if to say, do you have a brain in your head??
