To Our Valued Clients,
Like many businesses across Australia we are currently experiencing significant volatility in fuel pricing.
Recent global events ,combined with local supply pressures and weather impacts across parts of Australia have contributed to rapid movements in fuel costs over the past several weeks.
We are paying close to 69% increase in the dollar for fuel as of March 25th 2026 compared with January 2026. This will not be a surprise to you as you are without a doubt in the same predicament.
For businesses like ours ,fuel is a direct input to the services we provide.
While we always aim to absorb normal market fluctuations where possible ,the scale and speed of recent increases means that some adjustment is necessary.
As of 1st April 2026 all mows will include a temporary fuel levy/ surcharge of 7%.
Our intent with this approach is simply to continue to providing reliable and quality service while transparently managing the fuel volatility.
Once this fuel issue is sorted we will remove the fuel levy surcharge
