It's more than just a statement on our wall. At Poolside, loyalty, honesty and family are at the heart of everything we do.

For Brant, Peta and the entire Poolside team, it's about more than keeping pools sparkling clean. It's about taking pride in the little things, building lasting relationships with local families and making sure our customers can spend less time worrying about their pools and more time enjoying them.

Because we know a pool isn't just a pool.

It's where families come together, weekends are enjoyed and memories are made. And that's what our mission is all about.☀️💦

🍂A few leaves floating around might not seem like much, but letting leaves and organic debris build up can create more work for your pool and its equipment.

Debris can collect in skimmer and pump baskets, restricting water flow and making it harder for your pool system to circulate water effectively.

Peta’s tip?

Keep on top of leaves before they pile up, especially after windy weather. A quick scoop and regular basket check can go a long way towards keeping everything flowing as it should. 💦

And if the leaves are winning the battle, you know who to call.

By royal decree… we’re taking the day off. 👑

The Poolside store will be CLOSED this Monday 5th October for the King’s Birthday public holiday, reopening as normal on Tuesday 6 October.

We’re pretty sure His Royal Highness would encourage a relaxing day by the pool, so enjoy the long weekend, soak up the beautiful Mackay weather and spend some quality time with family and friends. 💦

Your pool could be talking to you.. are you listening?

When you hear your pool equipment regularly, you become familiar with its usual hum. So, when something suddenly starts to rattle, beep or simply sound like it is trying to tell you something is wrong, it is worth paying attention.

A change in sound can be the first sign that something isn't quite right.
Catching potential small issues early can help ensure they stay small and do not become bigger ones!

So next time you are by the pool, have a listen!
And if you hear something that doesn't sound quite right, have a chat with Brant or the Poolside team.
