Some things we just won’t do and that’s not laziness, it’s the opposite.

👷🏼‍♂️ Meet our Team 👷🏼‍♂️

Kristy - Owner & Admin

Kristy has been a part of the team for over nine years. She known as a serial quitter, at least once a fortnight she’ll announce at the dinner table that she’s quitting and the kids pipe up straight away taking the p**s out of her because they know she won’t 😂

Admin was never something she actually wanted to do. She actually asked Michael to let her on her tools, but he always says she talks too much. To be fair, he’s bloody spot on!

The best part of the job for her is when someone comes to our team after being burnt by someone unlicensed or dodgy and we actually sort it out properly and the client walks away happy. Or when we come highly recommended. 

Another good feeling is taking the pressure off Michael because anyone who runs a trade business knows how bloody hard it is to be on the tools and on top of your admin and also still have time for your family at the same time. Hats off to anyone who can actually do it.

This role has taught her a lot. The biggest thing is not taking anything personally.

One thing she loves about the team is there’s no fluff what you see is basically what you get.

Outside of work, she spends a lot of time with her kids and competing/ training for CrossFit comps.

We asked Michael how he described Kristy and he said passionate. Kristy said she’ll take it mainly because it’s better than what she calls him some days 😂
