This retaining wall and fence was well overdue for a replacement at a local rental Pinpoint Property Mackay, and our team got to work transforming this tired and deteriorating structure into a stronger, safer and more functional retaining solution.

The existing timber retaining wall had weathered over time, with ageing materials, movement and signs of deterioration compromising both the appearance and functionality of the garden area.

What a transformation! 👌

Another completed outdoor upgrade, creating a modern, practical and functional paved walkway around the entire shed.

The new paved area provides a clean, durable pathway around the building while giving the space a much more finished and modern appearance. The warm-toned pavers complement the shed beautifully and create a low-maintenance surface that is built to handle everyday use.

To complete the project, we constructed a strong grey block retaining wall to support and manage the change in levels. The retaining wall provides essential structural support while also creating a clean, defined edge to the surrounding landscape.

From improving access and functionality to creating a polished finished look, this project is a great example of how quality structural landscaping can completely transform an otherwise unused area.

This project is a perfect example of how a well-designed hardscape can completely transform an outdoor space. What was once an unused area has been turned into a custom-built Crazy Pave entertaining zone with a feature fire pit and curved seating wall — creating the ultimate spot to gather, relax and entertain.

🧱 CRAZY PAVE CONCRETE FINISH

The Crazy Pave finish gives this area a unique, natural and timeless appearance. The irregular stone pattern creates plenty of character while providing a hard-wearing surface designed to handle everyday outdoor living.

🔥 CUSTOM FEATURE FIRE PIT

At the heart of the area is a purpose-built circular fire pit, creating a standout centre piece and giving the family the perfect place to sit around the fire on those cooler evenings.

This pool area has been completely brought back to life, turning a tired and dated outdoor space into a modern, stylish and functional family entertaining area.

The original pool surround featured ageing concrete, cracking and an outdated brick pool coping. We stripped the area back and completely transformed the space with a fresh, contemporary finish designed to complement the existing home and pool.

✨ The transformation included:
• Removal of the existing pool surround and old finishes
• Preparation and levelling of the surrounding area
• New modern pool coping to give the pool a clean, finished edge
• Installation of large-format concrete pavers around the pool

💪 OUT WITH THE OLD & IN WITH THE NEW! 🏡

Check out this timber retaining wall and timber fence transformation!

The old retaining wall was starting to fail. Full demolition of retaining wall and fence and a complete rebuilt bigger, stronger and built to stand the test of time. 💪

This project definitely had its challenges along the way — including hitting some serious rock! 🪨 But our team put in the hard yards, tackled the challenges head-on and got the job completed to a high standard.

The result? A solid new timber retaining wall with a brand-new timber fence on top, giving this property improved strength, functionality and a fresh new look.
