Good afternoon. I wanted to provide a quick update on the heavy machinery available for dry hire. Unfortunately, my Caterpillar 301.8 excavator was damaged by a customer over the weekend, resulting in significant body and paint damage as well as hydraulic leakage underneath. I have spoken with Catapiller to get an appointment to assess safety issues and obtain repair quotes from them which will take few weeks out of commission until then; due to these reasons i won't be able to rent it out starting now till its fully fixed so we can ensure our mutual safety when operating this machine.

Our endeavors to revitalize the Mitsubishi MX-45 excavator continue apace; we now possess an overhauled powerplant as well as freshly cored cooling apparatuses attributable to the diligent efforts of Auster Engine Centre. If all goes according to plan, including obtaining further requisite pieces and effecting finishing touches, our target date for full operation stands at late February. After an extended delay, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the breakdown of our Mitsubishi MX-45. Our team has secured the required components and enlisted the services of a skilled mechanic specializing in large equipment maintenance. Following the boring process, it was determined that the damaged areas needed additional attention. To ensure optimal functioning upon its expected February comeback, the excavator's motor is receiving extensive renovations at this time. The motor's repair timeline includes several stages, including disassembly, cleaning, parts replacement, rebuilding, testing, and final inspection before being put back into operation.
