Loft Conversion & Built-In Wardrobe Upgrade 🛠️

A smart and cost-effective solution for this loft-style rental property.

The goal was to transform an open loft space into a more practical and functional room while maximising storage without the expense of custom cabinetry. We framed and enclosed the loft overlooking the living area, creating a defined room while maintaining the character of the exposed timber beams. To finish the space, we constructed a built-in wardrobe that delivers plenty of storage at a fraction of the cost of bespoke joinery.

New Townhouse Decking Completed in Essendon 🔨

Another quality outdoor transformation completed by the PBS Carpentry team.

This 6m x 6m Merbau deck was built from the ground up, starting with a fully levelled treated pine subframe before installing premium 140mm decking boards throughout. The deck was then finished with two coats of clear varnish to enhance the natural grain and provide long-lasting protection from the elements.
